Approve Architectural Plans: We work closely with our Architect to ensure the home of your dreams.
Design Meeting: There will be a series of meetings to approve and finalize plans, based on your goals and budget.
Approve Pre-Construction Agreement: Our contract and specs include the final architectural plan and personal specifications.
Selections of Finishes & Materials: We offer two options for the selection process. We will meet with you and present our standard options, shop with you for cabinets, counter tops, tile, flooring, paint colors and more.
We also offer the option of providing buyers with our list of vendors and a budget for each selection. Buyers then have the luxury of shopping at their leisure and making their selections by appointment with each vendor.
Approve Construction Agreement: Final pricing is based on detailed drawings and your standard or optional selections.
