In addition to single family homes and cottages, Seaside Homes built the multifamily home on Pleasant Avenue for Andres Duany, the master designer for East Beach and the Work/Live unit on Maiden Lane for Leyland Development, one of the original managing partners of East Beach. Seaside Homes also built several other Manor Homes on East Beach Drive.
